NUTRITIONAL SHEET
I am sending a complete form containing the assessment of the body condition (BCS and MCS), the clinical and nutritional history, and the food preferences.
FOLLOW-UP AND GROWTH MONITORING
I will accompany you during the growth of your puppy, from weaning until reaching adult weight (about 10-18 months, depending on the breed). Every 2 weeks I will record the weight gain and every 4 weeks I will change the eating plan based on the growth curves and physiological responses of your pet.
